STRESS

Recently the suicide rate in the society is increasing rapidly. The most dominant factor which makes people commit suicide is stress. Stress becomes dominant factor why people commit suicide. Stress is common problem that happens in society. Stress does not only suffer by adult; stress can suffer by everyone in any ages. However, stress is suffered by almost people in the world in different level like minor stress until major stress. The basic causes why people suffer stress are internal burden, physical burden and social relationship.


Firstly, internal burden becomes the prominent causes why people suffer stress. Internal burden can come from working environment or school. For workers, pressure in the office becomes one factor that becomes internal burden. The pressure like strict and dictator boss who always gives many tasks with limited deadline; otherwise, the perfectionist boss who never feels satisfied with the officer’s works. The things above give the internal burden for workers. In other hand, for students, they feel stress when they are given many assignments by the teacher with limited deadline. Sometimes one teacher gives more than one assignment with limited deadline. Students have to finish countless assignments while they have to finish another assignment from other teachers. That is why some students who cannot overcome the pressure from school activities commit suicide. In addition, internal burden makes people feel stressful and full of tense.

Besides, internal burden causes stress, the physical burden also becomes factor why people feel stress. Because every illness that afflicts in physical is coming from the internal burden. People who suffer chronic disease like cancer or internal organ disorder are easy to get stress. They feel stress because the disease cannot be cured; even though, they take many medications. In other hand, physical burden happens when people have a lot of activities; nevertheless, they have not any time for break or relax. Therefore, they feel tired and lack of energy,

Furthermore, people are social creatures. They cannot be separated from other people. They need to socialize; moreover, they need each other. The social relationship between people can cause stress. Actually, for people who join in high-class social community which has high-class lifestyle. For people who can adjust the lifestyle because they are rich, high-class lifestyle does not matter for them. However, for people who do not prosperous, they try so hard to adjust the lifestyle. They feel stress when they have not ability to fulfill what they want. They do that to avoid satire from the others. Thus, pressure from social relationship becomes factor why people easy to get stress.
 
In conclusion, stress can happen to everybody in different ages, even students and workers. Internal burden, physical burden and social relationship become essential factors why people feel so stressful. Stress always happens in our life, because life is never flat. Stress is obstacle in our lives that we have to manage it; thus, how much burden we have just let it flow like water.
